You agree to provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
Fees, billing cycles, and taxes appear at checkout. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of access.
Do not misuse the Services or distribute content unlawfully. Respect fellow participants and maintain a professional tone.
All content remains the property of LifePeakWay. Materials are for personal learning only; redistribution requires written consent.
Participants agree to respect confidentiality of shared experiences within group settings.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via support@lifepeakway.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Prepaid fees are refunded proportionally for unused full months after cancellation, excluding completed sessions and digital materials. Refunds are processed to the original method within 10–15 business days.
Access After Cancellation: Access continues until the end of the billing cycle, then closes automatically.
Services are educational only and do not substitute medical or legal advice. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
